Do I need a gym membership?

No, my programs are customized to each individual. While most clients do have gym access, some clients elect not to get a gym membership, some have equipment at home, some have none at all. When you fill out the questionnaire you have the opportunity to tell me this information so I can personalize the program to your equipment availability.

How often do we stay in contact?

Full time support means I am in constant contact with you throughout your journey. After each phase ends (4 weeks) I reach out with a few questions and a mandatory check-in so I can dial in your program even more and provide you with an entirely new meal regimen and training program based on the previous phases results. However, all clients have unlimited access to me and we can communicate daily if you so choose. I am here for any questions you need answered always, even if its just for some motivation or to say hi!

How do the phases work?

Everybody is different, which is why cookie cutter plans on the internet are not effective. My personalized system means do mandatory check-ins every 4-5 weeks so I can draft an entirely new program for you. I then provide a new personalized program based on your bodies response to the previous phase to dial you in even more. The 12-week program has 3 phases, the 8-week program has 2.

What if I have special dietary or training constrictions?

No problem! Whether you are vegan, diabetic, lactose intolerant, have a previous injury, limited or no training equipment, or simply just food preferences (likes/dislikes) I can create a plan for you! Again, everything is personalized.

I am an experienced/experienced athlete. Does your program suit me?

Yes! I coach everyone. Whether a beginner to the gym, experienced athlete, trying to lose fat, build muscle, get shredded abs, build a nice booty, or simply just improve your health and learn, I can help you. When you fill out the questionnaire you have the opportunity to tell me your goals, experience level, and anything else you need so I can personalize the program for you! Meal prep & the training program is not only personalized, but comprehensive and easy to understand. They show each meal, how much of each ingredient, the macros, each exercise, how many reps/sets and what type and how much of cardio. I also have a section on my website for workouts if youre struggling with form. (you may always just ask me, as well)

What if I dont get results?

After 5 years as an online coach and thousands transformed, I have not had a single individual who did not get results. I offer a 30 day transform or your money back guarantee to all clients. If you follow your personalized program and do not get results, I will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Does the payment cover the whole program?

Yes, the stated price covers the entire program. Whether you choose an 8 or 12 week program, it is completely covered by the one payment.
